Synthesis to Introduction Section 3 – From Philosophy to Theory: The Science of Ordinary Man
After a reflection on his own methodology in relation to that of the sciences in Sections 1 and 2 Laruelle goes on to consider five criteria of demarcation between the science-paradigm and the old Greco-unitary paradigm: naiveté, absolute science, real theory, description, humanity.
The guiding thread of the five criteria is testability versus circular self-validation.
